Animal Welfare.
 The Wool Harvesting System has been designed to meet current and future social expectations for the humane treatment of sheep on farms.
Pictured is the sheep entry lifter. This device gently lifts the sheep and places it onto the de-fleecing conveyor, without requiring prompting or work pushing it up a ramp to conveyor level.
The unloader system takes sheep from the conveyor and places them back on the ground, gently and without risk of injury to young, frail or pregnant sheep.
All procedures and processes in the WHS are as gentle and injury free to sheep as is possible. Attitudes and actions of operatives reflect due care for sheep being handled.
